At a young age, He informally started helping his father manage the family's commercial and residential portfolio in both countries. He began his Professional career outside the family business when he joined a local Property Management company 18 years ago and after a short time, he discovered that the Real Estate / Property Management industry was a perfect match for him!

Meet Julio Hernandez, he started off with the company as an Administrative Assistant and since then has worked his way up! He obtained his Real Estate License in July of 2023 and was recently promoted to be a Property Manager. Meet Julia! Julia came into working for Wine Country Property Management by scouting that was conducted through a staffing agency. Perfectly matching all the skills that we were looking for, she was brought on to the team in 2023. Julia is the epitome of a "hard working employee" and due to her continued dedicated efforts, she quickly became a valued team member within our office. She is a compassionate professional and is always looking forward to helping clients with their needs! As part of the accounting team, she helps keep both the financial and daily operations running smoothly. She manages accounting tasks such as processing bills, recording transactions, owner disbursements, property and account set ups, vendor set up, etc. Bilingual in English and Spanish!

Michelle has been in property management for almost 30 years! She started at Ferrua Garbarino in San Rafael and then moved to Sonoma County where she continued her career with Baker & Associates and just recently joined the Wine Country Property Management team. She has outstanding customer service skills and understands how personal and compassionate our industry is. Both tenants and owners rave of her Professionalism and we hope that she has found her forever home with Wine Country Property Management. Alexa Yañez - Administrative Assistant
Alexa has four years of experience in customer service and front desk operations which she obtained while working at a family business, as well as working for Santa Rosa city Parks and Rec centers. She is known for her strong communication skills, and strives to provide exceptional customer service and support in every interaction. She is a native to Santa Rosa and loves our community! Bilingual in English and Spanish. She has thoroughly enjoyed being part of the time for over a year now and is currently working towards obtaining her Real Estate License!
